Multi-Grain Bread
Our Multi-Grain Bread combines the natural power of selected whole grains into a particularly aromatic and juicy loaf. The base is nutrient-rich spelt wholemeal flour, complemented by barley and oat wholemeal flour, which give the bread a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavour.
Fine buttermilk ensures a tender crumb and keeps the bread fresh for a long time. Sunflower seeds, sesame, flaxseed, and oats give it a pleasant bite as well as a nutty aroma, making each slice a special treat.
An honest, artisan-made bread – ideal for breakfast, as a companion to a hearty snack, or simply enjoyed plain with a bit of butter.
Each loaf weighs about 800 g.
