Focaccia
Our focaccia is naturally fermented using only sourdough and made from a blend of two-thirds wheat flour and one-third durum wheat flour. This combination creates a beautifully golden crust with a soft, airy, and moist interior.
It’s seasoned with medium-coarse sea salt, olive oil and dried rosemary – simple, fragrant, and full of Mediterranean character. Crisp on the outside, tender and aromatic within – perfect with appetizers or salads.
