Our White bread is a light and airy wheat bread with a thin, crisp crust and open crumb. It’s made from 100% Italian wheat flour (not stone-milled), with a small portion of whole grain, and gently fermented for 18 hours.
The texture lies somewhere between a soft table bread and a rustic country loaf – fluffy yet structured. Perfect for everyday use: for sandwiches, dipping, or simply enjoyed as is.
Each loaf weighs about 500 g.
