Country loaf

Our country loaf is a true character bread: hearty, honest, and naturally fermented for 24 hours with sourdough (mother culture). It’s made from a blend of 30% white rye and 70% Buratto wheat flour (Italian type 2), both stone-milled with the whole germ. A small amount of wholegrain flour adds extra depth.

The result: a crisp crust, moist and airy crumb, and a mildly tangy, nutty aroma. Each loaf weighs around 800 g – a wholesome, versatile bread for everyday enjoyment.
