Einkorn bread
Our einkorn bread is made from 70% Buratto wheat flour, 20% einkorn, and 10% whole wheat flour – all stone-milled. The dough is naturally fermented with sourdough for 24 hours without any additional ingredients.
The bread features a mild fruity aroma and a naturally sweet note, stemming from the einkorn – an ancient grain known for its rich flavor. It’s an ideal bread to accompany a variety of dishes.
Each loaf weighs about 800 g.
