Rye loaf
Our rye loaf is a bold, naturally fermented sourdough bread with a deep, spiced flavor. It’s leavened for 24 hours using natural sourdough culture and seasoned with five aromatic spices: blue fenugreek, anise, fennel, coriander, and caraway.
The dough contains 70% rye flour, 15% whole rye flour, and 15% wheat flour – all stone-milled. A touch of honey adds a smooth, rounded note and brings the spices into balance.
Hearty, moist, and flavorful – each loaf weighs about 500 g.
