Spelt-potato bread

Our spelt-potato bread combines the best of grain and potato. It contains 65% stone-milled spelt flour, 15% rye flour, and 20% cooked potatoes. The dough is naturally fermented with sourdough for 24 hours and enriched with a touch of butter.

The result is a bread with a hearty, grainy flavor that remains moist and fluffy – perfect for those who appreciate a savory yet soft bread. 

Each loaf weighs about 800 g.
